    Permit-Required Confined Space Entry & Regulations (2.5 Hours)
    29 CFR 1910.146 and ANSI Z117.1-2009
    Training Includes: Atmospheric testing, continuous forced air ventilation and rescue & retrieval equipment, applicable standards, employee duties (entrants, attendants & entry supervisor), permit space evaluation process, types of rescues, training requirements & frequency, causes of a hazardous atmosphere. Simulated rescue requires one additional hour of training. "Simulated Rescue" process requires on additional hour of training

    Fall Protection Equipment & Regulations (2 Hours)

    Training Includes: Demonstrations with harnesses, lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, anchor points, etc., tie-off techniques, estimation of free fall distance, application limits, proper anchoring, swing fall, total fall distance to prevent striking a lower level, vertical & horizontal lifelines, elongation, and deceleration distance.Optional equipment inspection process class available.

    Electrical Regulations (4 Hours)

    Training Includes:Designed to provide the student with a survey of OSHA's electrical standards and the hazards associated with electrical installations and equipment. Topics include: single & three phase systems, cord & plug connected & fixed equipment, grounding, ground fault circuit interrupters, and NFPA 70E safety related work practices.

    Respiratory Equipment & Regulations (2 Hours)

    Training Includes: Respiratory protection programs, Procedures for selecting respirators, Medical evaluations, Fit testing procedures, Cleaning, Disinfecting, Storing, Inspecting, and Maintaining respirators, the general use of Filtering Facepiece Respirators (disposable), Air Purifying Respirators (APR), Supplied Air Respirators (SAR), Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPR) and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA).

    OSHA Scaffolding Requirements
    • "The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffolding being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards."
    • "The employer shall also have each employee who is involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize the hazards associated with the work in question."
    • "When the Employer has reason to believe that an employee lacks the skill or understanding needed for safe work involving the erection, use or dismantleing of scaffoldings, the employer shall retrain each such employee."

      Scaffolding User Course (3 Hours)
      The purpose of this course is to provide scaffold users with the OSHA regulations, safety guidelines & procedures needed to recognize the hazards associated with scaffolding and to understand the procedures to control and eliminate those hazards.Training Includes: Determine the basic elements of a safe platform, determine the nature of electrical hazards, fall hazards, falling object hazards, material handling hazards, overloading hazards & prohibited user actions for frame, rolling towers, tube & clamp and system scaffolds. Includes:Scaffold training manual (108 pages) & certificate.

      Scaffolding Competent Person Course (8 Hours)
      This class is excellent for Competent Inspectors.Training Includes: Competent person training for frame, tube & coupler and system type scaffolds, detailed coverage of the OSHA scaffold regulations, recommended assembly procedures, step by step assembly instructions and inspection checklist. It is the Prerequisite for the Scaffolding Erection & Dismantling Course.       Scaffolding Erection & Dismantling Course (8 Hours)
      This class consists of practical hands-on erection and dismantling of your existing scaffolding system and is recommended for anyone with limited hands-on experience. Training Includes: Practical hands-on erection and dismantling of several types of basic frame, tube & coupler and system scaffolds (1-2 levels). Prerequisite: Competent Person Course.       Scaffolding Design & Loading Course (8 Hours)
      Training Includes: How to determine what size scaffold is needed, how to do scaffold drawings, how to calculate the scaffold material required, and how to calculate the weight on the scaffold planks, bearers, couplers, and posts (leg loads). It also covers typical manufacturers allowable loading. Includes Scaffold training manual (340 pages) with step by step assembly instructions and inspection checklist, wallet card & certificate.       Facility Site Evaluation


      Represents an onsite inspection process conducted by our Occupational Safety & Health Compliance Specialist. Current OSHA regulations, ANSI Standards and manufacturer's recommendations are used to provide a detailed analysis of your facility for compliance issues. Our facility audit includes an onsite visit to your facility for the purpose of identifying possible OSHA compliance issues, and any circumstances which may be hazardous to your company's employees. A written analysis of our findings along with recommendations to mitigate any exposure that might exist for your company will be provided.

      Equipment "Inspection Process" Program


      The Equipment Inspection Process Program offers an On-Site equipment inspection process that is conducted by our Occupational Safety and Health Compliance Specialist. Fall Protection (self-retracting lifelines, harnesses, lanyards, rescue & retrieval systems, etc.), Lifting Equipment (alloy steel chain, wire rope & synthetic web slings, portable hand-held hoist, etc.), Portable and Fixed Ladders (metal, wood & fiberglass) and ladder stands are inspected based on the applicable OSHA Regulations, ANSI Standards and the manufacturers recommendations.

      OSHA 10-Hour Safety & Health for Construction Training Program


      Learning Objectives: This course is designed for construction workers, foreman, job supervisors and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends the 10-hour construction outreach training program as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926. This 10-hour program is intended to provide a variety of construction safety and health training with emphasis on hazard identification. Material may be customized for specific audiences (fall protection, gas detection, ventilation, PPE, etc.). Department of Labor completion cards will be given to students upon completion.

      OSHA 10-Hour Safety & Health for General Industry Training Program


      Learning Objectives: This course is ideal for supervisors with safety and health responsibilities, and for employee safety and health awareness. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910. Special emphasis will be placed on areas most hazardous using OSHA standards as a guide.
